This policy covers the website only. Each of our hotels takes reservations through its brand (Marriott, Choice Hotels, Wyndham or Best Western). When you book a stay or join a loyalty program, that brand's privacy policy applies.

You can contact us through the contact form on this site or by email. We receive:

• Contact form: your name, email address, a subject and your message.
• Job applications by email: whatever you choose to include, such as your preferred hotel, the type of role, your availability and a résumé or summary of your work experience.

Please share only what is needed for your inquiry, and don't send sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers or health information through the website.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools automatically receive certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you and the date and time of your visit. Our forms also include simple anti-spam checks, such as a hidden field and a timing check, that do not identify you.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. We configure it so that it does not receive the contents of the forms you submit, and we do not send your name, email address or other personal details to Google Analytics.

The site does not use advertising cookies.

We keep inquiry emails and form submissions for as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Job applications are kept as described in section 6.

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and form submissions are delivered by email to our team. We limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted through this website by writing to info@orionhosp.com (or HR@orionhosp.com for job applications). We will respond as required by applicable law.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our site links to other websites, including our hotels' brand booking pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
